personal hell

I just got back from the Verizon Store.

It took me 45 minutes to pay my bill and have my phone fixed.

Oh, wait. It only took 10 minutes to pay my bill and have my phone fixed (JJ had reset the phone to Voicesignals - and I couldn't get them to turn off). The other 35 were spent watching five or six employees wander aimlessly throughout the store - while JJ threw a monster screaming tantrum because I wouldn't let him play with all of the (germ covered) display phones.

So, that was pretty much awesome.

That is no fun :( I hate going to the Verizon Store - when I want something I can never get waited on, but if I just want to look around they won't stop pestering me!

Gotta love cell phone carrier customer service. Why do they all suck?

cell phone companies have the WORST customer service!! Once they have you locked into a plan, they could care less about you... grr...

I find it really annoying how the verizon stores are set up now. You have to sign in and then they take forever to get to you. Seriously, do they have to strike up a 30 min conversation with everyone they wait on. I like my questions answered in a direct manner with minimal time. I took the 3 kids a while back and the twins were screaming, Cambrie was sleeping, and they took forever.
