Working out and watching what you eat will help you lose weight and feel good about yourself. Two weeks of vacation may add a few pounds back on.

If it makes you feel better, I've been watching what I eat + running 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week. I've lost nothing. On top of that, I'm retaining so much water I'm miserable. Stupid hormones. Stupid uterine issues.
I hear ya -- I put on a few lbs while on vacation in Michigan. I worked so hard to lose them... but all it took was a chocolate sheet cake and some of my mom's homemade meals to put them back on. Ugh!
